Lessons payments are made only by bank transfer.

After the timetable is set, you will receive an invoice. In order to guarantee good management of the teacher's activity and calendar, lessons and lesson packages have to be paid at least 48h before the start of the class or the first lesson included in a package.

For maximum efficiency, a block of 5 hours of tuition should be booked within a 2 month period. A block of 10 hours of tuition should be booked within a 3 month period.

Cancellation of lessons can only be made within 48 hours notice, otherwise, the lesson booked will be charged if the lesson is not rescheduled the same week.

Lessons can be rescheduled within 24 hours notice - depending on the teacher's availability. The teacher reserves the right to charge the full session if reprogramming is not possible due to a lack of availability of the student and/or the teacher. 

Lesson packages are not refundable from the moment they are started.

A refund request can be made 48 hours before the beginning of the lessons by mail to the address amelieb.work@gmail.com, the pack of lessons can be reimbursed up to 40%.

The rates apply from 01/01/2023.

Further documentation / books / magazines will be advised but no additional book should be needed to follow the courses. 

Some magazines, books, etc. might be lended: if lost or not given back on time, the teacher reserves the right to ask for compensation.
